Issue or replacement of a residence card - FOREIGNER

An application for the replacement of a residence card should be submitted in the event of modification of data included in the currently held card, change of image, loss of or damage to the residence card.

A similar application is needed when another residence card should be obtained, for example, when a foreign national has a permanent residence permit or an EN long-term residence permit and the document expires.
