Temporary residence permit (other types) - FOREIGNER

A foreigner who intends to stay in Poland for more than three months may apply for a temporary residence permit (TRP).

A TRP is issued for no longer than three years. The purpose of the foreigner’s stay in Poland may be university studies, family reunion, residence with a Polish citizen, business, and others.
