Application for commencing/discontinuing/failure to commence employment - FOREIGNER

Under Polish law, an employer who employs a foreigner on the basis of Declaration of Entrusting Work to a Foreigner is required to report to competent authorities whether that individual has started or has not started work.

An employer who fails to provide this mandatory information or delays is is subject to a fine.
